About the event

This is a comprehensive birth education class, including comfort measures, stages of labor, postpartum preparation, medical interventions, and much more!  The in-person class will be August 10th at 5:00 pm in Spanish Fork, covering lessons 1-4. The online class will be held August 22nd over Zoom covering lessons 5-6 at 8:00 pm.
