Hi, I'm Chrissie!
Hey there friend! I am a wife, mother, labor support specialist, educator, and believer in all things good and happy. I am so glad to have you here! I am enthusiastic about my role as a labor support specialist and love helping women and couples through this overwhelming, sometimes scary, or even anxious time. I am confident that through education, preparation, valued experience, and unwavering continual support and positivity your pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum period can be a treasured, empowering, and strengthening time of life. I believe this is what you deserve, as well as every husband, child, sibling, and family deserves. Developing a meaningful, nonjudgmental, lasting relationship with each family I serve is something that is very important to me as it truly supports families throughout the journey. I am happy to support any kind of birth choices (natural, medicated, c-section, home birth, hospital, etc.), but most importantly... YOUR BIRTH PREFERENCES!

- 10 years of birthwork experience
- Haven Labor Support Specialist (LSS) Certified
- Experience supporting in high-risk births, VBAC's, hospital births (unmedicated & medicated), home births, and birth centers
- Neonatal Resuscitation Certified
- Certified Midwife Assistant
- Received BSc in Coaching with an emphasis in Coaching Psychology from BYU-Idaho
- Experience with Hypnobabies & Hypnobirthing
- Experience with spinning babies
- Served families through loss through miscarriage
- Personal experience with medicated & unmedicated births, high-risk delivery, delivery of posterior baby, miscarriage, bedrest, and breastfeeding
- Experienced receiving care from midwives and OBGYN's
