Group Birth Class

Group birth prep classes are a fun and interactive way to learn. Small group sizes still keep it personable.

Private Birth Class

Private birth classes are just between the labor support specialist and you and/or any support people you want to involve. Includes 3 prenatal educational visits.

Labor Support

The Labor Support package includes prenatal education (same as the private birth classes), plus continuous labor support at your chosen place of birth; at the hospital, in-home, or at a birth center, and a prenatal visit.

Birth Journey Reflection Session

This reflection session has been designed to help any mother (or family) who may have a birth experience that didn't go as planned, or resulted in lots of unanswered questions.
